Keeping sentimental items in a box in the closet doesn't give you a chance to appreciate them, reminisce and simply enjoy them. A little effort in displaying them can create an amazing feeling within your home.
Use a shadow box. Display one item, or many within a framed shadow box create a meaningful piece of art.
Use a large jar.. A collection of small objects look great in a glass jar on a shelf, and let you easily add to the items or take them out to reminisce
Give them a home. Create a place just to display items. This cabinet is a perfect spot for all the treasures.
Create a quilt out of sentimental clothing/textiles. These quilts are made out of my kids clothing from their 1st year.
Use them! We love using my Grandmother's salt and pepper shakers.
