Have you ever planted bulbs in the fall and then the critters decided to have a lunch buffet? I have so here are ways to prevent the critters to getting to your Fall Bulbs

Choose bulbs They don't like

After making your hole, place a repellent under your bulbs.

Pack down soil tightly and add more deterrent then cover with mulch.

When done clean up any papery bulb remnants that will attract critters.

Choose bulbs They don't like

Hyacinth Allium Daffodils Snow Drops Camassia Lilly Fritillaria

After making your hole, place a repellent under your bulbs.

Pack down soil tightly and add more deterrent then cover with mulch.

When done clean up any papery bulb remnants that will attract critters.

Add gravel under and on top of bulbs.

Use chicken wire over newly planted areas and remove in Spring.
